Ken ButlerFinancial Advisor and Program Manager
Phone: 206-227-6138 Meet Ken Butler. He is an Investment Advisor Representative registered through CUSO Financial Services, L.P. with more than 12 years of experience helping members invest for their future. “I love helping people create, grow and protect wealth,” says Ken. “I spend most of my interview with a client listening to their needs and concerns. I think it’s really important to understand where they are coming from. Everybody thinks about their money differently.” A graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Business Administration, Ken joined Verity Credit Union in December 2004. Prior to that, he had been affiliated with Orange County Teachers Credit Union, Key Bank, First Interstate Bank and Merrill Lynch. Ken’s interest in investing started much earlier in life. “I started investing as a teenager and had lots of success. I love the market; it fascinates me. I always thought it would be terrific if I could earn a living for my family by helping others to invest their money wisely.” In addition to helping members create wealth, Ken focuses on protecting and preserving assets in the most tax efficient way possible. Ken grew up in south Seattle and attended Renton High School. He enjoys taking advantage of all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer — golf, fishing, tennis, skiing, camping and hiking. So what is Ken’s vision for his dream retirement? “Financial freedom. I want to be able to travel when and how I want, enjoy all of my hobbies and spend as much time as I can helping my family and friends,” says Ken. Whatever your financial goals, Ken can help you get there. He works exclusively with members who conduct their credit union business at our Federal Building, Beacon Hill or Auburn branch locations. Ken is registered to transact securities business in the states of CA, CO, DC, ID, LA, NV, OR and WA. ![]()
